The Wright State Alumni Association is excited to announce its 48th Annual Legacy Scholarship Golf Outing will return to Beavercreek Golf Club in Beavercreek on Thursday, June 6, 2024.
The annual Legacy Golf Outing is the flagship fundraiser for the Wright State Alumni Association, raising scholarship dollars for students at Wright State University to help offset the rising cost of tuition and fees; ultimately making the opportunity for higher education more accessible for students.
Established in 1984, the Legacy Scholarship Program has awarded more than 800 scholarship to spouses, children, stepchildren, grandchildren and legal dependents of Wright State Alumni Association member- totaling in more than $800,000 in scholarship support.
Sponsorship Opportunities
The Legacy Scholarship Golf Outing would not be made possible without our valued community partners. Although the golf outing serves as the flagship fundraiser for the scholarship program, ensuring we make the outing accessible for individuals to participate is something we value as well.
Day-of-golf Package: $150/person
The "day-of-golf" package will includes,
- Green Fees
- Golf Cart
- Breakfast & Lunch
- Water, soda, and domestic beer on the course
- Complimentary snacks
- entry into putting contest
- skills & competitions (excluding pay-it-forward hole)
- player gift bag
Destination Package Auction
One of the things that makes living in the Dayton region so great is the proximity to some of the country’s greatest cities. Our Destination City auction packages are designed to promote and highlight the best of what some of these great cities have to offer. Players will have the opportunity to buy raffle tickets to bid on these destination city packages and winners will be announced at the end of the golf outing. Our destination city packages include, but not limited to Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Louisville, Chicago and more! We will also have great packages for right here in Dayton as well.
